Refund policy

✅ Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Proof of purchase is required to process returns.


🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact us at sue@anniquerooibos.co.uk initiate a return.

  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet the return conditions.


💡 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used health and beauty products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personalized or custom items


🏷 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
